Dr Matty Chalk

Dr Matty Chalk is a Senior Partner in Neurodiversity-Matters and both a HCPC and NZ Psychology Society Member, registered Psychologist. Matty has a special interest in neurodevelopmental conditions and mental health in both children and adults. Matty has over 25 years’ experience in the field, including Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Conditions, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, anxiety and mood disorders. Matty has held senior consultant lead psychology roles within the NHS and within Education settings including Child Developmental Centre’s and CAMHS , as well as providing assessment, intervention and consultation to families within the private sector, DHB (NZ) and various organisations including independent adult Intellectual Disability Inpatient services and residentials.  Matty has published within the field and presented to conferences such as the Evolution GP Annual Conference 2022.


Dr Ragini Bahry

Dr Ragini Bahry currently works as a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist within the NHS. Dr Ragini Bahry carried out higher training at the Royal and Great Ormond Street Rotation and has extensive interest and experience in the assessment and management of Neurodevelopmental Disorders like Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Tourette’s. Dr Ragini Bahry brings skills of assessing and treating complex social communication disorders and their co-morbidities, treating all kinds of Psychiatric Disorders like Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Psychosis and PTSD.

 

Rosemary Nicholson

I am an experienced Speech & Language Therapist, with a Masters degree and 15 years professional experience. I have established my own clinic based in Clapham South, which caters for a range of speech therapy needs. I also provide specialist speech therapy for a number of private schools in the area. I have extensive experience in providing bespoke speech therapy to the following types of clients: Adults and children who stammer, or who have voice disorders; I am PROMPT trained at a level II and use this method for articulation and also to treat individuals with dyspraxia and apraxia; clients with swallowing disorders, together with complex communication disorders; I have also regularly provided individualised training for carers of individuals with special needs (e.g. Talking Mats and Elklan training); I have also been an expert witness in court proceedings regarding the diagnosis of unusual speech disorder.

 

Dr Nahid Meimand

Dr Meimand has over 20 years’ experience as a Paediatrics Doctor. She is specialised in neurodisability in children and has been working full-time in this field at London NHS trusts for the last 10 years where she holds daily and regular clinics.

Dr Meimand has a special clinical interest in Paediatrics neurodevelopmental disorders that include autism, learning difficulty, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and has helped a great many families with such problems over the years. Dr Meimand is passionate about helping individual children with neurodevelopmental disorders cope and live as normal and as happy a life as possible.
